We at Highlands Best Care I & II believe in taking care of those who need our services. However, we still follow the strict eligibility guidelines set by the government. To know if you or your loved one is eligible for our services, please refer to the list below.
Residents must be:
- Age: Must be at least 18 years old.
- Functional need: Must require assistance with at least three activities of daily living (ADLs) or have a cognitive impairment that requires supervision.
- Mental health: Must not pose a threat to yourself or others and must not require acute psychiatric care.
- Physical health: Must not have a medical condition that requires skilled nursing care.
- Financial eligibility: Must be able to pay for your care, either through private payment or through Medicaid.
We also accept seniors with Dementia and Alzheimer’s Disease.
